"Lol, except that game data files don't lie. Everything in that screenshot of Le Heup of All is upheld and proven by the game data. And yes, Silverbranch has a specific entry for the +2 to Bow Gems mod which requires Level 1. Most uniques do have their own specific entries for mods. And the one for the Increased Damage on Le Heup's ring clearly states that it has a level req of 30 while all other mods on the item require level 1. That is why I said that it's either a bug or intentional. The only reason it might be a bug is because, as you pointed out, it's rather supsicious that it's the only unique item to not follow the traditional unique model. |
