I'm going to take a wild guess and say that ring is LeHeup80's creation.
That means Metronomy's and DevilJade's are still floating around along with GGG's. |

Looks fake.
Every unique got the same level req as the base item. Why should an iron ring suddenly get level 24? That would be like the 198 dmg Limbsplit becoming level 31 req as Woodsplitter instead of a heavy nerf. |
