unique items *no longer updated*

If anybody got 65+ maps on HC tell me. I got so much rarity that on 1 player I get 3 full inventories.

But got to 2 lvl 67 maps yesterday with 5 player modifier sadly all shields were blue.

Am I just blind or what? Where are the Sceptre legendaries o_o?

Actually I tried to find it and link it unid but I was simply stuck on level 63-64 maps but luckily I still haver over 120 chance orbs on HC legacy. Took me around 30 because I had only 10 scourings on HC.


So you play the game guess the stats.

Hint:
It's a 5 stat unique.
4 stats are considered as good and one as bad.
1 stat is a Gem effect.
2 stats can be found on magic/rare items too.
It opens a new build possibility. Better said that build possibility existed earlier too but it wasn't a permanent state. So Witches and Shadows will be more likely to use it, but it's possible for shadows too.
The name kind of hints on the stats.


Guess 2 of 5 stats right and I will link it right way else I will link it shortly before the race.

I would place it as #7 best unique of the high level ones.

All Resists is correct that comes from Prism.

Ok 1 more hint, read what it says.
You could use it as a 4 socketed Shield but it's more likely to be used with 4(5) different uniques.
1 is quiet good for mnentioned build.
The others are optional but those 4(5) uniques have unique traits.

skills are supported by lvl x blood magic support? (i guess lvl 15)

can have more then 3 slots?

Someone could chance it in default now that the base item is known :P
