" this account not linked to my steam so IDK how to do that. but I'm not sure if you understood me. the animation for bone offering lags (either because of my latency or my old PC) and do one of two things most of the time when I try to activate it: 1) the whole screen freezes then unfreezes and I'm dead (boss killed me) 2) I press and it doesn't do anything then after the third of fourth press it does it (yes there is corps around me) so that has nothing to do with my gear. even if i can survive the skill kinda useless in my situation unless I buy new PC which I can't at the moment. |

" That looks...potentially really good for the build. I'd mostly be concerned about the flask effect wearing off when you reach full mana, but that might not be a practical issue in-game; I'd have to do testing in a boss fight. Also, you lose a defensive flask suffix, which isn't the end of the world, depending on your setup and other flasks. |

Of note, I've not been using the Foreboding Mana flask. I usually can sustain just fine with a Concentrated one, I swap the quicksilver flask for a Foreboding Mana flask during boss fights. Perhaps we could use this instead of a concentrated mana flask for bossing.

super noob here, but how do you consume corpses for ascendency and how do you benefit from the increases on minions??? i'm probably just blind and cant find anything on either of these things.

" You consume corpses with Bone Offering. Extra corpses get summoned by using Desecrate. Ideally you want a weapon with the veiled suffix "Trigger a socketed spell when you use a skill" and socket both gems into this weapon so you don't have to cast either of them manually. We benefit from minion damage by using the passive node "Spiritual Aid" (far left on the tree). Don't worry, took me like half a league to understand how everything works together. |

Im new to PC version of this game from console. This build and this guide should seriously be required learning for this game. Ive found that even after a few leagues this guide touches on and still serves intermediate to experienced players alike. There are so many times I have found different mechanics in this build that I was like, "wha? Necromancer? really thats a thing?" But it does absolutely have a place in all skill levels. Thank you for your time and attention brought to bare in making the most informative and complete guide to PoE not just an Arc Witch build type. Your hard work is helping thousands of us enjoy this wonderful game more thoroughly.

Another question. Once we get spell cascade trigger wand/dagger, is it also okay to put tempest shield on the weapon instead of conductivity/blade blast? For example like this
This ensures 100% uptime so no need for CwDT + increase duration combo. We then free up some gem slots for creative use, for example WoC + Hextouch + Curse(s). Or we can keep CwDT for other triggers. Or storm brand + culling. Defensively this feels better since we always get that additional block chance and not just after taking a hit. Offensively it might seem inconvenient that we'll have to apply curses somewhat manually. But during normal mapping things just die without curses anyway, and for bosses I would rather have 100% tempest shield uptime while managing curses manually. I guess the only thing I'm going to miss after this change is the spell cascade + increase area buff to the Conductivity curse area. That's quite handy in many situations. |
