I'm 92 with the following stats

It's it viable for doing shaper ?

Any recommendations on itens?

Also my damage per second is only like 5000 something.. and my tornado shots only doing around 13k. I feel weak af.

Their price flows around 1~3c, easy to get and you will have 30% movement speed instead of 20%, really necessary in terms of survival plus chance to dodge spells which is a rare aspect.

Also if you are progressing now and trying to clear maps wouldn't it be better to equip an amulet which would actually give you stats ? This one right now looks greedy to me as an option then you do not feel safe then clearing. Not sure which to buy tho, maybe get Onyx Amulet which covers most of your needs.

Faster Attacks on Tornado shot seems useless i think since you are hitting the diminishing returns, shots are already too fast going even faster doesn't help. Slower Projectiles would help with your DPS, a bit slower shots but still super fast and this time they are stronger.

You are missing gems, options. Equip them on your new boots then you buy them

You need stuff like

1) Blink Arrow, its a must. You need mobility which will save you countless times, let it unlinked no need to link it with Faster Projectiles etc.

2) Portal Gem, you don't necessarily need it but its cheap it fits on every slot and its convenient

3) You need more auras, you will either get Hatred which will directly increase your DPS by a lot but if you face a reflect monster you will die instanly

or get Herald of Thunder + Arctic Armor, less damage than Hatred but you will be harder to kill. I personally prefer the 2nd option.

There is more to cover for sure but im knew to this stuff too so i can't cover much. Still tho those changes will help.

I actually replied to your first comment, you could have responded instead of bumping the message. Btw your profile is private - and things like flasks/body armour may be important.

@phoenix - overall good suggestions - but..a bisco's almost doubles the profit/map, its soo good in the long run.

@dvtelles I don't know...the dmg seems somewhat low to me. You may still do it but youll need a really solid performance. For more single target you can choose the usual PB barrage route with dying sun.

Thank you, i agree Bisco's has an enormous value in terms of loot however if he says that he keeps dying on low tier maps and can't level up even if he clears them i can't imagine him ever reaching end game. He probably needs stats now to clear up stuff and then he gets idk ~6 levels and better gear to comprehend for the loss of stats on the Amulet he can equip Bisco's back

I'd say..get a 5l bow as a weaponswap (or a get a bow and 5l it yourself). Something at the level of well-rolled Lioneye's / Opus is enough. Put tornado shot in the 5l, it should be decent enough up to T16s. Barrage is far better for single target.

Put Barrage in your 6L-bow, I posted a possible link combination couple of posts ago.

Get "point blank" for up to 50% "more" dmg at close range.

Adjust the setup slightly for the guardian you encounter. For example a hp-flask or two is really useful vs chimera - as is vaal grace. Minotaur does high phys dmg, for phoenix you want to be 50% overcapped on fire res with flasks - things like that.

You can get cheap to medium priced enchant for your dmg/utility. Ice golems buff, mana reservation, things like that. Later you can upgrade to +2 Barrage devoto's or so (+2 barrage rat's is 30ex+).

Your bow is interesting for sure. Check the market and Path of Building to decide if it's worth it to invest more into it. You can divine it up to 350ish pdps with that high fire dmg roll and do the 4-ex "suffixwipe" for crit chance (Haku 8: prefixes cannot be changed -> scour -> elreon 8 "can craft multiple mods" -> crit chance+attack speed). This will cost you around 4ex for the lvl 8 mods and another 0.5 ex for crafting fee.

Exalts are extremely cheap this league, nevertheless it's somewhat of an investment - so check the possible outcomes and compare before doing so.

I got up to 71. I can do like Tier 4 maps and I don't typically die. I got the Link boots currently. Still not at 3k HP even but I'm in search of a good gem to make that happen.

This is a great build and I've been trying it out as a ranger... but, and keep in mind, I'm pretty much a complete newbie, is ranger or scion better for this build? It seems like Neversink was going toward running a Scion, and people who have posted who have said they've been having no problem seem to be going scion instead of ranger.

Does it matter? Is one clearly better than the other?
