" You have no 6 links, hell not even a 5 link which is a HUGE dps plunge. Your bow has terrible flat damage/crit and none of your equipment has crit chance either which is one of the biggest aspects to making this build successful. Your belt is awful and I don't know why you would add flat lightning damage to your rings. you don't scale with elemental damage, only physical. Gloves need to be replaced with Maligaro's ASAP for a big dps boost. Your quiver is very defensive and provides almost no offensive capabilities. |

Hi Neversink,
There's a little mistake in the tree according to me. In Fury Bolts cluster, the 4th point should be the last 10% projectile node instead of the hybrid 6/10 node. We don't projectile speed, and we have enough of it anyway with Balistic Mastery and Sniper. Cheers! Ranger builds list: /917964

Hi guys, any tips on improving my gear or gem links esp.
I'm prioritizing iiq/iir so probably won't change helm, gloves, boots, amu, rings not too sure on gem links at all. |

" You just eliminated all the big upgrades that don't need a big investment. Upgrade your bow and get a Physical damage belt. " Thanks, I have no problem sustaining the the skills except for Frenzy. Still, doesn't matter. It's like 1hit then 1 Frenzy, 1hit, 1 Frenzy so it's fine for me. I'm saving for Atziri's Acuity now, which will solve all my mana problems though. Also might switch to Lightning Arrow. Zuletzt bearbeitet von returnofsnow#5524 um 22.08.2015, 06:21:36

@denubby: maybe you should aim for a windripper build if you really want to focus on iir/iiq.
On current gear: - Quiver need an offensive upgrade, badly. Must cover the res elsewhere (see the 2 points below). - Ideally you'd want a tri res belt so that you can get at least some crit multi on a better quiver. - You should be able to craft life or flat phys on Corruption Circle. Same goes for the other ring, though iir could be a prefix here, in which case add a resist instead to help change the quiver. - Craft life or crit chance on your amulet. - Chest armor has super low eva, but the other stats are really cool so it's hard to change. not much room to improve except for that. " You should try getting atleast 2 5L's, the chest and the bow. I recommend saving up for a 6L white eva chest then craft it yourself. Put there your Aoe setup and use the Single Target setup in the bow. Next, a 300+ pDPS Harbinger with atleast 8.5% crit chance. Then look for Rings that fill the stats that you're missing, such as Intelligence, WED, Crit Multi, Life, Resists. Prioritize Life, Resists, missing stats then Crit Multi. WED is a luxury. When you get wealthier, get some Diamond Rings with 70+ life on them and try crafting yourself using multimods maybe. If you can't cap your resists, lose the Atziri's Step and get some boots with +Str, Life, Missing resists and atleast 20% Movement speed. Oh, and try to get a rare rustic belt with Life, Resists and WED. Will get your hp much higher. :) Zuletzt bearbeitet von returnofsnow#5524 um 22.08.2015, 07:10:54

Hi, I am following your build quite closely (with minor variations).
Could you help me choose what's more important (mod craft) Harbinger bow with 372 pDPS and 7.25% local crit OR Harbinger with 340 pDS and 8.5% local crit |
|
" The 8.5% local Harbinger obviously! Crit is what defines this build. |
|
is frenzy better for single target than puncture since it will let us keep frenzy charges up on bosses etc?
|
|
Frenzy does more damage but is less safe and more expensive than Puncture. Try both and chose the one you like most. Frenzy can use the same links as puncture.
