You dont need Reduced Mana anymore. Enlighted gem reduces reservation costs, but, honestly, it isnt mandatory - just reserve 75% your mana with 1 aura(Hatred) and 1 herald/AA.

Blood Rage - Increased Duration - Enduring Cry - Vaal XXXXX (Grace) is an example of 4L for Blood Rage.
You can use it with no supports at all, but Increased Duration makes your life a lot easier, and in any case it's nice to have on EC and a Vaal skill.

Im lvl 87 and looking to optimize my setup. I am thinking about getting some lvl21-Quality20 gems, or lvl20-Qual23 gems.

Which gems would you guys suggest?

I am using the suggested:
Tor.Sh., Phys.to Light., Greater M.Pr., Phys.Pr.At.Dam, Fast.Att., Weapon Elemental Damage

Guys what do u think about this setup

i use it as a utility to get my frenzy charges and curse the same time
when i get my 6th link i am gona go with PCOC to also get power charges.
as a main skill i use TS wich is good for multi and single target too
what u think?

They are all very minor upgrades, I suggest only thinking about it once you are absolutely maxed on the rest of your gear, or if you see a very good deal/get a lucky corruption.

20/20 is fine. Higher is ofc better but it's not your main source of damage, we are talking 1-2% more damage/defense, it's the last thing you do with the build. You corrupt gems when they reach 20/20

Hey it's been a while since I've played POE, 2.0 brought me in so I re-purposed an old char and this guide seems useful. I'm struggling with Mana and life, damage is pretty good I think.

Here's my current gear:




Here's my tree, I went for the aggressive path but I'm respecing to go for the more defensive one since survivability is an issue ATM.

Nope. You could have nothing happen, lose a level (which can be regained), lose quality (which is gone forever, semi-bricking the gem), or turn it into the vaal version (assuming one exists).

I'm levelling spares of my key gems so that even if I brick my first attempts I'll still have 20/20's to play with.
