How do you proc EE now?

" Autoattacks + Added Lightning Damage to attacks on my Ring. You dont need EE against white/blue/most yellows anyways, so this is just to chunk down Bosses/Tanky Rares faster. You wont have enough life to cast Icenova on BM BTW :P |
