Hyper the 42% is from... frostbite ?
I usually go frostbite + proj weakness

one more not related question: should I convert Orb of Alteration to Jeweller's Orb when I have like 120+... to what level it doesn't worth converting?
Alteration > Jeweller > Fusing > Chance > Scouring > Regret...
Or I should stop focusing on that as it is waste of time....
I aware this is not a newbie friendly build. This is not my first char and I use this build for fun. As 0.10.0g, from lv 1-31 I found EK clear mob quite fast

Cause Mr. Shatter has serious manaprobs I guess? Mine are max lvl and I never feel a problem except for 50% mana regen / no mana regen maps
