did i get voted off the island or something? i'm no longer in the guild :'(

For the record books:
Seems at least the members I was mapping with are a bunch of bad players, liars, and thieves. I was with them mapping and we run into tentacled miscreants, kill some of them and the teams run away leaving me there to solo, a unique Vaal Sceptre drops while I am killing them and it is allocated to me and I am the only one there when it is allocated, but I die soon after that.....
one of there members picks it up and I ask for it back and they ignore me, then the lvl 99 makes up some bs saying that I shouldn't have been fighting the monsters and kicks me from their team. He then goes on to say that no one in the team even has the item because they dropped it.....(????)

Terrible guild, and I never heard of a lvl 99 kicking someone and stealing 5 exalted, that is actually quite sad.

1. WE CAN'T PICK UP YOUR ITEMS WHILE YOU ARE ON MAP EVEN IF YOU DIE. YOU NEED TO LEAVE THE MAP AND ONLY THEN WE CAN PICK UP YOUR ITEMS. ONLY OTHER OPTION IS THAT ITEM DROPPED ONLY AFTER YOU DIED.

2. I PICKED IT UP AND LINKED IT IN CHAT WHILE YOU WERE STILL IN THE MAP.

3. IF YOU WERE ON MAP AND I COULD PICK UP THE ITEM STOP SAYING WE STEAL YOUR ITEM.

4. IF THE GAME MECHANICS ALLOWED ME TO PICK UP AN ITEM WHILE YOU WERE ON THE MAP AND YOU DIDN'T FLIPPED IT DUE TO FULL INVENTORY HOW CAN YOU SAY I STEAL IT? AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED ITEM IS MINE AND I CAN SAY FOR INSTANCE YOU ARE MAKING THIS UP ONLY TO GET THE FREE ITEM. BUT I CAN'T SAY IT FOR SURE. I ONLY KNOW THAT YOU WERE ON MAP WHILE I PICKED IT UP AND LINKED IT IN CHAT AND YOU TOLD ME YOU DIDN'T FLIPPED IT.

5. WE WERE CLEARING ROOMS FROM LEFT TO RIGHT AND WE ALL RUN IN NEXT ROOM TO THE RIGHT ONLY YOU RUN IN NORTHERN ROOM SO DONT SAY WE LEFT YOU TO SOLO BUT YOU RUN IN WRONG DIRECTION.

It is clear that you didn't flip the item

Your clan leader lied multiple times. First saying it was short allocation then that you'll don't have the item AS SHOWN IN THE SCREEN SHOT...

I was fighting the mobs AND SAW WHEN IT WAS DROPPED, I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE.


If an item appears to everybody in a perm allocation teams then it was flipped, dropped again, or the person who it was allocated to lost it's allocation.
It was allocated to me, I died and was offscreen.

You'll have a pretty terrible leader and flame like immature young adults in your internet world.

No ethics or fair play here just pixel hungry people who will kick you from a team and steal your items and then state obvious lies.

If that is the case that if you die off screen the item losses allocation than I didn't steal it but it was your mistake (unfortunate luck) to die. To be honest I don't know if item losses allocation when you die off screen. Never happened to me so can't really tell. I can't be sure it was allocated to you at first if that is the case but I will allow that possibility. In any case I DID NOT STEAL YOUR ITEM! Game mechanics allowed me to picked it up. Stealing is if you flipped and item and even that would be your mistake.

Hi, don't conveniently confuse yourself or be just to be so willingly ignorant by saying "Game mechanics allowed me to pick it up". What I am saying is that it is fair play to give someone an item that was allocated to them and they lost by "unfortunate luck". And it is not fair play to flame, kick them, lie, and not give them the item. It is clear some people have pixels as a higher value so it doesn't seem as simple to them.

Truely, and I am not even flaming, it is pretty sad thing to do (to value pixels over people), as I would always give back an item regardless if the person is not in my guild, and I have before when a person lost allocation of an item.

Ok prove to me it was allocated to you and you can have it. As far as Im concerned it was allocated to me. Or should I just give it to you because you say it was yours? How can I know for sure?

You'll did not kill the mob that dropped the item. If you did you would have seen the item. I killed the mob that dropped the item, I suspect after you'll had already ran north (which I did not instantly realize). I was the only one there fighting the mob because you'll were there but ended up running north (idk why the team would run south on the map and then run north without killing the mobs which are south in the middle....).

You'll were not near the area where I was, I was in the area the whole time, but could not get to the item because I was on low life and there were still some of the projectile tentacled miscreants where it dropped. I had to run to the bottom to get away from them and try to regen life but some mob came running after me. I would not have stayed at the bottom and risked death if I did not see the item allocated to me the whole time....

I died offscreen because I could not get the item, everyone in the team could see the item then, not only you. As soon as I died I said some to the effect of, "who got my unique..." because I was down there trying to get it the whole time.

If it was allocated to any other member of the team then when the team members were near the item someone would have seen the drop effect or heard it, but I was the only one down there.

Since other team members ran from the area then it wouldn't have been allocated to them.
