0.4.0e Hotfix 2

is it just me or it literally feels like they did actually ninjanerf a bit more than just fix this... since this patch 12k divs with no hinekora drop when i used to drop 1 every 1500-2500 divs, i start to believe it cant be just rng at this point... raw divs dropped a bit too imo
