GGG Please Let Us Have Normal Portal In Temple / or Checkpoints.
|
Please add checkpoints in every room or let us come back to the same room after we portal out. Cartain farms require emptying inventory multiple times during the temple run. Coming back to the same room requires pathing though 40 empty rooms, just to get back to the same place we teleported out of. This is insane. Currently checkpoints only spawn at the last room of a chain, so if you build your temple correctly, you actually don't get any checkpoints. You're punished for building a better temple. Please address that. Thank you.

+1.
The checkpoints I do get are either 4 in the same area or absolutely none. There’s no consistency. A portal in/out would be much better. The portal stays where we made it so why can’t we just go back? We have been calling it the running simulator temple. Zuletzt bearbeitet von emmagaie#3254 um 06.01.2026, 11:20:18

They'll probably add it in 0.5 just like they let you tp out of abyss depths now

The checkpoints are usually only at the end of a chain, so if you have a single room standing out from the chain it will get a checkpoint, but if you build your temple very well, you won't have any, which is just punishing people for building a better temple.

Bumping for visibility, this issue is really frustrating while playing in the temple.

Daily reminder that this is a big QOL issue.

Reminder that this is still an unaddressed issue that forces players to run through 40 empty rooms just to get back to where they used the portal out of a temple.

Also, it would be nice to be able to simply delete rooms and connections. |

About emptying inventory..maybe they should seriously consider adding a disenchanting perk to be able to get rid of shit stuff on the run. My main complain right now about the game is that if I want to rely just a simple bit on my own drops to gear up, I have to spend half my time coming back to town and sift through shit gear. Seriously, it might be as up as at least 1/2 of my game time I spend playing, wasted playing inventory management simulator.
