Temple change feedback - actually think the changes are all good.

Timing absolutely sucks and there was no communication to players in game that changes had happened. I ran 3 temples thinking something was bugged and watched 1/3rd of it crumble away. Then i read the notes and was mad/confused like most players.

But ive been rebuilding my temple for 4-5 hours now and im having a better experience overall. I may be getting lucky but the amount of "add a map mod" medallions ive gotten has gone down by 90% and im getting way more useful ones, ones that add rooms or the +1 level one.

Just wanted to put my voice out there. GGG may not have messed up with this change. (other than having to do this weeks into the league with hardly any communication yada yada yada)

Temples have been a mess from the start and i get people are upset with the disparity of the early experience. but this change is for the best imo.

Medallion drop change is consistent with my experience. On my last temple run, I got 3 room upgrade medallions, and no others.

Been able to build up my temple more and just had a mirror drop so best league ever thank you jonathan and mark exile and the rest of the team i totally deserve this mirror and its my mirror and shiny and im just gonna keep it forever.

How do people not understand that even if your temple seems fine it is not competing with the legacy temples they left untouched?

People don't care. There is almost no change in player count from before Christmas. This is one of the most steady leagues ever.

I'm not saying the complaints are wrong. But the situation is very different from 0.2, when players left.

Cause most players don't compare themselves to other players. The economy has stabilized and the only doomers are online. The playercount is consistent. Which means people who think like you are the minority of players.

Would it be better if the legacy temple issue wasnt a thing? yes. But too late, its a thing, so better luck next league with that aspect. I'm gonna keep templing my temple.

i havent been able to expand my temple in 10+ hours... you are getting obscenely lucky
