Why are other abusers not banned?

So disappointing, instead of punishing the criminal, u punishing people who tried to catch up,how can u this ignore [Removed by Support]? I'm so disappointed. Glad I uninstalled this trash game

Ill be honest they dont have to ban them or anything, but at least reset the progress/remove the currency from the game. But honestly at this point, I don't see any reason why someone should follow the MTX rules. They're both equally shitty for the economy of the game. But at least one is kinda fair

By not banning people like these the only thing you are doing is encouraging others to abuse such mechanics in the leagues to come, knowing that they will not have to suffer any consequences.
Because why wouldn't they? If they not only abused, but promoted this mechanic and got away with it, what's to stop them from doing it again? It's certainly not their morals.

The only issue I see with the people who caused the inflation is the holten exploit.
Besides that, they played the mechanics as intended so this is on GGG.
I do not want Fub banned.
GGG should have caught this earlier.

why ban?

they dont use exploits to crash the servers or clients, only unbalanced mechanics.

they dont abuse exploits to get data from database.

just play the game.

Let me put it this way.

You know that in some states consuming certain substances is legal, but trafficking the same substances is considered illegal?
Now apply that logic to fubgun abusing the temple mechanic (including the Holten "feature"), then as one of the most viewed streamers of PoE 2 promoting said "feature".
