Please help with with an unfair treatment from GGG

GGG,
I don't know what to do, I'm a Korean player who works in certain parts of Russia. I've been locked out of my account for "fraud" because I use a bank account in Kazakhstan to buy things while I'm in Russia. The reason for this is because VISA/MASTERCARD doesn't work there due to sanctions and I need a way to interact with the rest of the world due to work/life. I came back to Korea for holidays and decided to treat myself with some coins for christmas, and I've been locked out of my account for "fraudulent charges" What I didn't realize was that every country has different prices for certain things. While I was in Russia I've used my Kazakstan card I used Tengi which would get converted into rubles which would allow me to buy coins or some MTX from GGG. I've spent over 100 USD on this game, and now I have no access to it all beacuse I've used a different bank account than the country I'm currently staying in. I'll be back to Russia in march.. I'm back for holidays for the next 5 months and will be working/living in south Korea and used a Korean bank card to purchase as my Kazakstan account was running low, and rubles have been very volatile as it gets converted from Tengi to rubles. Now I've been locked out of due to "fraudulent" activity as I used my last 20 bucks on my Kazakh bank account, and then used my korean card to buy some more tokens for myself. They are telling me that because I've used an account that I currently don't live in, it's fraud. But I live in 2-3 different countries every year, does that mean I have to use 3 different bank accounts or I'll be labled as fraud in every country I am? They won't release my account until "i pay for the difference" when I've done nothing wrong.. Been in similar situation, only I had accidentally used more expensive shop version than I could have according to my region (who on earth keep their shops on 10 different domains?). Big surprise, GGG refused to refund or convert, stating "we don't give users free points", as if I was asking for a ****ing charity. This was back at the beginning of my poe "career", and the turnaround moment for seeing how GGG operates.

Please someone help as support won't help with this they are just telling me to remake a brand new account after spending over 100 USD on this account.
I don't get it, what I have done wrong and what fraud I have committed, please just leave me alone to play the game as I already pay you guys and been supporting. |

" I don't know what to do as they are labeling me as fraud and want me to "pay for the differences" But why would I pay for the differences of what exactly? I just realized Russia is cheaper than USD for example, but I'm in Russia more often than not so does that mean GGG will refund me the difference because I've paid more in Korea in USD than I did in Russia with Tengi/rubles? I don't know where to go and post and speak to an actual human, I feel this is super unfair as Russian war is something I did not start and I had to fly to different countries just to open bank accounts in that region, and now I'm being labeled as fraud, and nobody would even help me when its not fraud!! |
|
" Nah, here it works in only one direction:) You pay the most expensive option or you're fraud. |
|
" "As mentioned, you made purchases from the Kazakhstan region while not being physically located there. Making any purchases using a region-locked price without being physically situated in that location is considered fraudulent." this is the reply on email. They are calling me fraud cuz i came back for holidays to Korea, and used the remaining 20 bucks on my kazahk account to buy tokens and Ive bought more using my korean card (which was more), and now completely locked out of my account on a saturday with no replies at all from support. This is SO unfair. |

" Point was, this "fraud" literally works in one direction with GGG. I bought things in USD shop without being physically located in USD-based country. And no one called me a fraud, they happily took my money. While compared with my true regional shop, they owe me at least 600 points according to invoices I had in email back then (in reality it was probably 800-1000 points but I wrote them about 600 as bare minimum). |

can someone shed some light on how to fix this?? support wont even reply after calling me fraud and demanding that I pay for the difference, when actually I should have the difference credited to my account as I'm in Russia region more than I'm in Korea.
Ive emailed support and they are just copy/pasting and calling me a fraud. GGG can a mod help? how do i fix this? I dont mind paying the difference but i'm afraid to being labeled a fraud all because i'm not using the bank account in which the country im staying in, this isnt fraud, i have to travel for work/life. I've even asked them to take everything back then, and they can't do that but demanding cash from me for doing nothing wrong. Can someone plz help.. Your only hope is forum staff actually relaying this to a seniour GGG member. Keep posting this at "help" section where other account-related complaints are, they reply there, occasionally.
