PoE1 is a disaster once you've played PoE2.

" It's not the same as this dodge feature lol. |

" That’s not the same thing. Yes, you avoid damage in PoE1, but it is done through movement skills, flask uptime, and build speed, not through a dedicated, reactive dodge mechanic. Skills like Dash may mimic dodge-like behaviour, but they are still just movement skills tied to cooldowns, animation speed, and build scaling, not a baseline combat mechanic available to every character. PoE2’s dodge roll is a core combat feature with its own timing, commitment, and skill expression. It fundamentally changes how encounters are designed and played. Saying “you already dodge in PoE1” conflates basic movement or dash-style skills with a modern dodge system. Once you experience a proper dodge mechanic, PoE1’s movement-heavy avoidance feels dated by comparison. Zuletzt bearbeitet von holyblazeer#7712 um 19.12.2025, 07:05:09

" It's not. We are after league when 50% of player base was using Rhoa. On Probation Any%

" You keep moving the goalposts. What does this have to do with my post or the dodge mechanic? I use the dodge mechanic all the time, and it is a game changer that makes PoE1 feel outdated. |

" Bobby reaches level 4, then goes on the forum to tell how it's a disaster. Meanwhile dash, frostblink, and shield charge are sad on the bench. Is this a troll ? who knows... kinda looks like one though. |

" You are talking about heavy use of spells to achieve something PoE2 has as core. lol |
