Hope there is something like the de-duplication sweep that Helldivers 2 did recently before we get the official PoE2 launch. Though for all I know it might kill load times if the asset loading of 10 million stupid environmental leaf polygons is as bad as it feels like it is. I know I don't have a super computer or anything, but I would much rather be able to play the game than count the veins on jungle leaves, after they spend several seconds being invisible unloaded textures.
yeah, devs need to start working on that or at least giving alternatives
some games have "optional" download , like 4k videos , HD textures, or languages
why i need the voices files in any language but my main ? if im never going to use it.
Helldivers 2 made something i still dont understand, but i still think its crazy that they went from 154 to 24

I'd like to download launcher > go to options > select your preferred settings > and then downlowd exactly what you need (no high res textures, as you said, no extra languages and stuff like that).
I mean, even downloads aside, I just not wanna keep this shit on my drive.
