Should come with performance update especially for laptops, on desktop it worked fine, but when I switched to laptop RTX 4060 140 TGP, I couldn't keep stable FPS on low-mid settings with DLSS.
Sorry but performance is a massive issue on the latest releases and it is got worse and worse. Even on high end PC that ouput 120 FPS easily, you get 25 / 30 FPS on dense mobs maps.
Spamming curses spell detroy the framerate due to rendering effects.
@GGG : Please adresse these issues.
The content for 0.3.0 was generous and terrific, loved it. But my whole experience has been negated due to FPS performances.

I hope the leveling curve gets smoothed out. I've already done the campaign 10 times and while it's more visually pleasing than PoE1, it's also a colossal drag. Taking 16+ hours just to hit maps, especially with the new interludes, is a slog and a half, given how slow we move early on - even with sprinting. Still hoping for an alternative to campaign, after all these years.... I'd rather right click waves of enemies in a circle until I'm level 70. Of course, I've done PoE1's campaign nearly 100 times as well, but at least that one only takes 6-7 hours for me now. Still can't stand it.
Wonder what mechanic they'll be porting this next time. My money's on Synthesis. Even Carcassonne is better than the PoE2 map system.
I couldn't agree more with this sentiment. I've mentioned this a few times to other friends that play the game. I put about 10k hours into PoE 1 and theory-crafted a lot of different builds/characters, but the time it takes to complete the campaign in PoE 2 really disincentivizes repeated playthroughs. I made two Lich summoners this league and I couldn't bring myself to play through the campaign a third time to try a new build.

what i wish to read on patch release...
"we have decided to not work on anything else for now and focus all our effort on performance to make sure players have MUCH reduced loading times and a steady FPS gameplay with their 1250$ video cards and CPU's. We understand we are close to 2026 and players waiting 8 minutes to load in the game after launching it from steam is unacceptable... after that is done, it will be more worth playing with our new content we have prepared"

PLEASE restore the towers like they were before, since 0.3.1 the drop has been nerfed so much that the game is not fun anymore, u could see since 0.3.1 many ppl are back on poe 1.
the solutions are 2
1) restore the tower previous 0.3.1
2) modify the quantity on tablets and make it up to 20% so 3 tablets can make 60% (originally in 0.3.0 we could use 12 tablets for a total of 120% quantity, give us ATLEAST 60%, or better, make the quantity affix 1-25%)

install game on nvme drive and remember to have 5-10% free space on that drive while playing. That's how those drives work to be quick.
Spending money on GPU and CPU won't fix your bottleneck with storage.
Loading times are related to NTFS and exFAT limitations. It's gonna happen with any modern multiplayer game with so many unique assets.
Common issue is NTFS compression - check if you have it turned on. Another is low space remaining - which causes slow downs on SSD/NVMe drives.

Solution 1 please. Let us plan and have fun with endgame. Current (0.3.1) system is just pure boring. Easy but boring.

Weak bait...D4 was ruined from the start, because of bad itemization, a bad skill tree, and poor damage scaling.
