POE 2 Unable to use horn of Vastiri to get past the sandstorm.

A friend and I are playing POE 2 together.

I am on the caravan and we got the horn together. she logged off, and I completed the quest of clearing the sandstorm.

We started grouping up again today, and she is unable to use the horn to clear the sandstorm.

I kicked her out of the group, nothing.
She logged out of the game, then came back in, nothing.
We killed Jamanra together, and still unable to pass this part of the quest.

She is unable to progress past the sandstorm, and use the Horn of Vastiri to clear the sandstorm.

Does anyone have any Ideas?

Does she have the horn in her inventory?
If yes travel to Traitor's passage then, on the caravan, go past map device room to use it.
If she doesnt have the horn then whats the quest tracker pointing her to do?
Might need her to host the party and see what her quest is asking to do

You need to go to the front of the Caravan to activate the Horn of Vastiri.

Sandstorm = travel to Traitor's passage, stay on the caravan and go to the front after the map device room like we said and blow the horn.

She cannot blow the horn. That is the whole problem. I watched her go to the front of the caravan over a screen share.

The horn cannot be blown. It is in her inventory.

Things she has done:
- Killed Jamanra on her own by going through the Halani gates on her own.
- Gone through all talking options with the hooded one.
- Ctrl+Shift clicked on the gates of halani, and gone through that again.
- Gone past the map room, to the very very very very very VERY front of the caravan. Once there, there is no glowing spot for her to blow the horn, like there was for me.
- I completed all quests with her to get the horn. She then logged off, and I went and blew the horn on my own.
- I had her try the quest on my Windows 10 PC, just in case it was something on her computer.
- In case the game was corrupted on the download, I had her uninstall the game, delete the game folders, and re-install the game.

No matter what she does, she CANNOT blow the horn. She cannot blow the horn.

Are you sure that your friend has used the Desert map device and travelled to Traitors Passage before trying to blow the horn?

Yes, we traveled through Traitors Passage together.

Just making sure because it starts to be confusing.
You dont have to go to traitor's passage and clear the area up to halani gates where you fight jamanra the first time, just need to move the caravan to TP and stay on board then go to the front where you can see slaves and blow the horn. Did this right?

Also if she killed jamanra on her own, can she go act 3 without blowing the horn?
