What is his endgame?

I know my endgame is holding his

For now, he just sits in my hideout complaining that he doesn't even need gold, like the sexy badboy who doesn't play by the rules (not even his own) he really is. One day.... one day me and Dory rule the world... for now he just sits there, scowling... probably wearing shades and smoking.

One of these days one of his contigencies will work out, and when it does boy will we be sorry.

Pretty sure he's there to observe us and plot something.
He's learning out of us and will be back to him experiment as soon as he can.
Even if it look like he's chilling now i'm not trusting him.

I wonder every day if Viper's disappearance was one of such contingencies. The crystal shards around her reminded me of something in PoE1 but I couldn't really place it.

The survival and dominance of the Vaal ofc. And he'll do anything to achieve it.....Atziri was not the only lunatic in the Vaal empire.
