Black Crow boss invulnerable

The Black Crow boss is just invulnerable cannot aim at him, cannot do anykind of damage. Also he won't cross the first gate in the map, making it imposiible to advance through the fight.

Have the same issues as soon as you hit the point of the health where the boss needs to grab the bell, you cant hit him or lock on to hime but he can kill you.
I am on PlayStation 5

only way out was throught dying. Can't use portal in boss fights. So yeah seems like the same issue (PC here)

Same issue here on PC. I had to take off my armor for him to kill me

Still became invincible and I couldnt kill him.. so now i have to wait 15 minutes for map to reset

Boss doesn't take damage anymore once reaching the health threshold for second phase. Even luring him to the bell didn't make him phase.
Have no respawn left to see if it works to reset the fight.
My setup is permafrost bolt to freeze then Fragmentation Round to consume it.
