Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

Same ran it twice now, going to try again no Hammer drop on my 2nd character to go through the acts. Is there a coming fix?

Same here, only to my ranger. Witch and Monk have completed the quest

Just happened for me as well. Adding additional info if it matters.

Second character of the season. Abyssal trade league, standard. Killed with Blood Mage. No pets.

If you go to char select after the kill and back into the game it will do the loot animation but no hammer drops.

so the trigger is there but the item is probably not flagged to drop after the first run?
