Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

Beat him twice myself too and no drop, all my previous characters had no problems

Hey look it happened to my account too! luckily this was on the 2nd character play through for me. fingers crossed on fix soon.

If it's your second playthrough it won't drop because you already have the crafting bench unlocked. At least thats my guess. It's bugged regardless because you can't turn in the quest and get the skill gem

I think if you already have the reforging bench it wont drop but means still missing the artificers orb reward from Oswald
