Chilled ground no longer matters in your waystones and is a free modifier.

No problem

Silver charm need recharges, and chilled ground is everywhere. Chill ground is not free modifier for witch\sorc sector starts, while completely not a problem for warior\ranger\monk\merc because they have speed nodes or like merc and warrior - nodes to reduce slow magnitudes and armor speed penalties which also makes them mobile.

And still, effect of shilled ground seems bugged, speed penatly from it is much stronger than tooltip said -30%.

I'm a witch, silver charm 100% solves all problems of chilled ground (and mostly solves temp chains too).

When it fires you are immune to chilled ground for the duration (3-4 seconds, depending on quality and mods) and it can have up to 3 uses. In endgame that is plenty of time for it to recharge, unless you're taking a nap after every mob pack.

I love it how people think they are smart like they invented something that no one else knows.
I'm using two slow charms one regular and one unique and chill ground is still a pain in the ***. I also spent two points on the atlas tree to gain reduce effect. so much investment for one waystone affix and still it's a pain and too OP debuff compare to any other waystone affix.

The revamp you've done to chilled ground is simply horrible. It's on 70% of the map. Every 2 steps I make I step on chilled ground there is no way to avoid it in or outside of battle. I'm playing with 64.9% movement speed and during maps with chilled ground I'm barely moving. feels like its 10% move speed. It is by far the worst map suffix the game has and super annoying and time wasting.

It makes no sense that when I chill monsters it barely does anything to the monster but when I step on chilled ground I'm closer to being frozen than to being chilled. The movement speed drops by at least 50%.

Do you test stuff before you release it???

you have chill immunity with condition node on the tree, if you care some much - change your build to get the condition working and get chill immunity(annoit it on amulet, called crystallised immunities)

Not very good at reading, are we? I didn't act "like I invented something that no one else knows". I responded DIRECTLY to someone saying that silver charms are not enough for witch/sorc characters. Given that I am playing a witch, and use a silver charm, have no other defenses against chill, and have zero issues (don't even notice it's there) chill waystones I think I'm more than qualified to refute their quite obviously false statement.

Unless you're taking a nap between packs, silver charm is more than enough to ignore chill on waystones. Or, you can just whine about it.
