The copium of some people of this thread is enormous, when there are multiple evidence of botting shown on youtube.

The bots don't even load the textures and have already bought the items, there is no way to compete with that.

People defending the bots are either RMTers or botting themselves.

Thanks for the detailed feedback! I wasn’t using Freezing Mark, so I’ll prioritize that moving forward. I also missed applying shock early with Fragmentation Rounds, which I now see is key for freeze buildup. I’ll also make sure to use Thane Grannell's Rune of Mastery for better shock magnitude. I’ll look into Rakiata's Flow to improve the passive tree and be more careful with waystone rolls. Appreciate the help, I’ll make these changes!

Offline trade is an actual blessing for this game (with the exception of the FEE size - it should be drastically lowered)

OP thinks only about league starters and speedrunners - this is selfish and toxic.

Also, how do you know about items being unavialable in the 1 second? Aren't you one of that snipers, just less successful?

P.S. Botting should not be tolerated - this is by default. Every botter should be banned.
BUT! This is NOT a valid reason to remove offline trading.

Interestingly enough with a decent SSD and graphics card settings set to the lowest possible I was able to race some of the hardcore trading guys.

Even got in argument with one calling me for using "script". Since I beat him 3 times in 10 minutes... ROFL.

It is hard for me to believe that there is actual "bot" problem.

To me it seems that people who cannot load fast enough are complaining because their own egoistic reasons.

Giving example: Expedition.

Because the new lineage broken gems, expedition was highly focused. Visiting the boss price is like 2 divines now. It was very expensive all league.

So the logbooks would sell for good amount exalts all the time.

There are always like 20 people sniping underpriced logbooks. Even at 3 AM.

You put minimal price = current price + 5 exalt -> suddenly there are thousands of uncontested logbooks.

Like you walk into the first hideout, and there is a tab full of logbooks that you can choose from, and you lose like ~5 exalt per logbook.

Why not pay 50 extra exalt and go farm, instead of spending like a hour trying to race other people?

The time saved from not sitting in the trade site + the time saved from not complaining on the forum will sure make up for the 50 exalts, no?

I really like this idea.

It feels a little bit prohibitive though - perhaps a cooling off period?

Substantial enough to disincentivize flipping, short enough to not make it feel bad to play two builds and sell your old gear, or give it a subsequent prohibitively high gold fee to relist, which decays over the same amount of time.
