Convalescence Spirit Requirement Bug

Just wanted to add my own experience:

Apparently Ravenous Swarm also counts for this issue.
I deactivated it for Slot 2 and Convalescence worked.
I am having the same experience. I have the same equipment set to both weapon sets and more than enough spirit to run it. It even lets me activate the skill, but I can't actually use it. So it is reserving the spirit but is unusable and is not telling me why.
I also discovered a related issue on my end. It turned out the problem was caused by having an Unset Ring with the skill slotted into it. After removing the ring, I was no longer able to use the skill, and I received a warning that I was missing the required Intelligence on my second weapon. In the end, the fix was simply to remove the slotted skill from the ring and place it into another available slot.
I have similiar issue with both convalescence and blink.

I meet both spirit and attr req in both weapon slots but it just wont take spirit and allow me to use abilities.

I've tried doing everything from removing all other equipped skills and so on - these skills just wont work for me on two different characters (chalupa and chrono).

I had to match spirit on both weapon swaps for convalescence to work
I took the idea for Convalescence (from the Ice Wolf Invoker build from mobalitics) to add it to my Flicker build, and I got enough spirit and int, equipped it ... run fine for a few hours, then I took off my helmet and put it back, and now Convalescence says "Not usable with current Weapon Set settings".

I have tried all fixes I could find on reddit etc - put weapons in the second slot, add more INT on the passive tree, removing all spirit skills, locking to just one weapon (which I actually preffered and wanted to run with just one weapon) ... all in all it still bugged with or without second weapon.

Initially I put the Efficient Inscriptions on the amulet, so I was able to squeeze it in my spirit budget, now I have 37 spirit left but it will not work as intended. I even tried to add Matsya unique quarterstaff as my second weapon just to see if it would make any difference in spirit.

I do have running CoC, Herald of Ice, Herald of Thunder, Ghost Dancer, Wind Dancer, Charge Regulation ... the funny part is that it worked, until I did something irrelevant (as removing my helmet with 31 INT) and suddenly I have an issue.

Part of the issue may be the empty second weapon set (so its a Punch), but I tried locking and matching spirit reservation on both sets.
Hmm ok so I probably spent around 4-6 hours on this today, and I find a sort of solution for the specific Convalescence issue, as it may be a thing of not one but a few bugs mixed up so here it is.

Firstly, I have 2 unset rings, so I say someone mentioning that was the issue for him, so I removed more than a few skill gems to avoid my unset rings, but it still gave the warning.

Next, I locked my one weapon set (the right click on I at the top of the weapon in set 1.

Next, I checked ALL of my skills that they have the mark for use in both 1st and 2nd set (this is necessary even though I locked one weapon?) ...

Finally, ctrl + right-click the Convalescence gem in the inventory, and now I can activate it.

The two herals where in place already and CoC, so now Convalescence is working too ... and now I insert Wind Dancer, Ghost Dance, and Charge regulation.

Now do not move a thing else the Convalescence collapses xD
