The bad news: this is a known issue they haven't fixed. Like most of the major issues with the game that affect players. They are just chasing their vision non-stop patch after patch. Feels like they've got a mission with making the game as uncomfortable as possible for the players so they can announce a patch solving a few of those every 4 months to get people excited and coming back to the game.
