3.26 | Banner Slammer | SSFHC | 25M DPS with No Uniques | 150M+ Endagame | T17/Ubers Viable
" I'm not OP but the solution for that is basically you stack 3 mods of 'non-channel skills cost -7 mana'. This will make all warcry skills cost 0 mana. And also make Earthshatter cost a reasonable amount of mana. " Attack speed is kinda slow for me, but since a lot of the damage comes from the warcry explosions triggered on earthshatter spikes, scaling more attack speed isn't worth as much as other normal attack builds. " It is very good. I played this in trade league so was able to get it pretty easily. You should get it if you can. |

" I probably should make a video showcasing. As for attack speed, it really is irrelevant. It flat out provides no additional DPS after a certain point. It is strictly and purely a QoL thing. This is why I didn't even start off with Blood Rage if I'm honest. It's hardly piannoing banners - it's one banner every few seconds while running, one banner every 20 seconds when bossing. Runegraft of the Warp is nice, but I am using the 20% cooldown reset chance one because it provides significantly more valor generation, sometimes results in nearly instant valor stacks (the CD can reset itself a second, third, and beyond time), and when it chain procs itself, overexertion damage/damage per warcry recently damage scales up. It's in practice like 20% more valor generation and 10% more damage. I find that this is more potent overall and the superior pick, but the 30% longer linger is fine for use if you find one first, or if you place extreme value on QoL. " Does this play like other slammers where you need to manual cry 3 abilities and watch for endurance drop off and refresh + banners? |

Warcries are automated except one. You can self cast rallying cry if you feel like it, but it's overkill for everything short of hitting a boss you fully understand the attack pattern of. At the start of the build, I didn't press it much while solving my mana. At the high end of the build, I don't press it because the damage overkills hard anyway. But I do press it vs. bosses sometimes.
You somewhat do have to watch charge expiry. It's completely trivial in mapping since you're placing fully charged banners by consequence of moving around getting valor refunds and passively generating valor anyway. Against bosses, you tend to either kill them fast enough to the point where one banner is enough for a phase, or they teleport/immune phase so much that you'll end up naturally placing them anyway. Do you have advice on banner rotations to avoid dying? All of our defences (suppression and block) are dependent on banners which aren't up all the time and I am dying in red maps as a result. Fortify and auras isn't enough. What do you do to stay alive?
When everything is up the build is great and I am pushing my atlas with less gear than I would usually need. But I am using a lot of portals. |

" Are you on the character visible in your profile with Tabula? If so, that's the problem. Tabula is kind of a trap after the campaign. Without a body armor feeding you armor, you have nothing going on against most mapping damage and will be worn down without overleech jewel (yet), flat out 1 hit, or and so on. Plus, you will have a much larger CWDT Molten Shell once you have an armor-based body armor on. The build innately does so much damage that you should drop Tabula in favor of a 5L with actual stats. I started off with a 1200 body armor and it was generally fine. Swap out your 2H mastery that gives you hit dmg vs rare/uniques alongside that when you have an armor-based chest ready to use, and you will more or less immediately solve your issue of being obliterated. When I am mapping, even in T17s, I am 90% of the time just going pack to pack with Defiance Banner and not even using block. Zuletzt bearbeitet von seikikoo#3400 um 13.07.2025, 01:53:48

I have a question about block chance from Dread Banner in this build. I have everything pretty much up and running but I noticed that my block chance is only at 92% when dread banner is down. According to my POB, I should be at 99%(which would cap my spell block) but as it is in game I am only getting 54% spell block. The build obviously still works fine, but I was wondering if anyone else is seeing that issue. Since my POB shows that I should have the 65% I am wondering if there is an issue with increases to aura effect not applying to banners from some reason.
