Cant see anything important in 3.0 post. There will be changes in support gems and probably in skilltree pathing. Tiny chance that one of new uniqeus will be good for this build. 3.0 seems to be aimed heavily toward casters.

85 level char playing with lighting spear is better than 97 level char playing with Crossbow. So devs decided to nerf galvanic shards becouse they want people playing 99% lighting spear. Nice!!!qqq

LS gets nerfed too (along with big nerf to tangletongue crit, amazons acc to crit passive and deadeyes frenzy generator passive). So "regular" LS builds gets multinerfed.

If its too much i might try replace it with twister.
