Weird thing about new strongbox menu is that it shows you an option to apply Orb of Augmentation even when there is none. I.e. box already has 2 mods and the only choise is Regal.

Something i haven't seen mentioned yet, but i also feel as if the atlas being infinite now actually stops me from playing. When it could be completed (POE 1), there was a goal. When that goal was complete, i got some satisfaction and moved over to grinding for better gear or moved to another character.
Now i just see this endless task before me and i just ... don't want to start anymore, with anything.

You have it completely backwards. Lack of perfect jewelers makes people not want to keep playing. It removes the option to test new builds and skills. People don't want to grind for 100 hours for each skill. If more perfect jewelers eliminates incentives to keep playing, then it's a horrible game

Yeah seems like a reaction to the D4 endgame feedback that was hastily put together and not well thought out

I really enjoy playing PoE2 for what it is right now, and I know it will only get better with every update. <3
I liked this game so much that I bought an EA for PC and one for my PS5. until patch 0.2, when my Deadeye lvl 87 only made it to t10, previously easily t15. Now I've brought a Lightning Amazon up to lvl 88 and I'm tired of it. After more than 200 maps I had three citadels, I screwed up two and I managed the rotten maps to 5+ - that was it. Is this supposed to be the endgame? Frustration after frustration? What kind of endgame is this anyway, maps after maps after map until you...yeah what? Jon is a smart man, he promised us a game and brought it to market, it was a really good game and everyone gave him money by buying the EA so he could expand it and develop an endgame...but when his pockets were full the good man thought - now I'll make a game for myself, regardless of whether the others like it. And released patch 0.2. Now he has his very own game with lots of challenges, just the way he wanted it, paid by the idiots who believed it would continue like before the patch. He silenced the initial whining and screaming with lots of loot - it doesn't cost anything because the stuff isn't worth anything in real life or has anyone ever tried to pay at the supermarket checkout with Divine Orbs? A smart person, very smart.
