I spent some time searching and found this build:
https://mobalytics.gg/poe-2/builds/jungroan-chaos-ember-fusillade-titan The build has a lot of legendary items and good survivability. I'd leveling try to reach this level on SSF HC, using Smith of Kitava, life regeneration and block chance. After finding a few legendary items, switch to Titan at Ascension 4. After losing two SSF HC characters to this boss, I decided to test what limits I could survive it at.

https://maxroll.gg/poe2/planner/rg111k0u 7.5% of maximum life per secon enough, exchange the Oaksworn for a regular shield with maximum armor and life. 13000 armour allows you to easily clear T10 maps:
