Ascent to power Bugged

Ascent to power is bugged, and I cannot get the trial waypoint, is there a way to get that fixed. Or if someone from support can reset my quest in act 2 "ascent to power" so I can try to gain access to it.

Same, cannot move ahead in campaign.

Kill Balbala in Traitor's Passage in Act 2 (normal) and get Balbala's Barya. Then talk to Zarka.

If that was possible to do, i would not be posting this hahaha.
I had to pay for fragments, and do trialmaster on a deadeye without ascendency, it was awful. |

Recommended fix does not work. Balbala does not drop the Barya for me. I've killed her a few times. Likely because I've used it for an Ascendency before talking to Zarka?
At the moment I cannot complete Ascent to Power, thus blocking me from doing any end game maps until the campaign is completed. Please fix this! |

Experiencing the same issue as well.
Completed my first ascendency through the temple of chaos with the quest item, then completed the trial of Sekhemas (without having allocated my first two points) using the quest item and cant click the altar. Portal is also disabled but was able to unlock the chests. Tried allocating my existing points, still not clickable. TP out, can't TP back in. Returned to the trial via waypoint and Balbala gave me another quest coin. Completed another run and same problem occurred except I can't unlock chests this time stating I can't claim quest rewards again. |
