Corrupted Nexus does not give atlas points

Are you doing Nexus with higher tier waystone?
Like you did a tier 3 nexus with a tier 5 or above waystone?

UPDATED AND EDITED - ALL IS GOOD.
I see "Crystalline Core of Knowledge II" in my inventory now. I could swear I DID NOT PICK IT UP manually because there WAS NO green item drop after defeating boss.
I emphasize on the I COULD SWEAR part but who knows, in this summer heat perhaps dementia strikes younglings like me.

Hi all!

I am the newest victim. I ran a nexus corrupted, died to the boss, went back to the map and saw that the whole map is empty, no boss, no mobs, and it says map completed. On the atlas map the corruption disappeard.
This is feels really bad as I was suppoesed to have two more chances to clear this map, and if it is true that i will lose this atlas passive skill forever then this is terrible.

I am also a victim of this. Feels real bad to have it happen.

For me, the boss arena also had the abyss mechanism so I was dealing with the arena boss and 5 other rares. I died and it reset the instance with no monsters. I killed the boss mob, which cleansed the corruption but did not reward me with T3 quest completion.

Corruption zones nit awarding points if you die in the boss fight. Still showing as cleansed, also can run white waystones with no mods if you die in a Corruption nexus run out of revives and try again, will run waystone with zero mods,shows nexus complete but everything else corrupted. Super broken

Map layout shifts on first death to boss at Corrupted Nexus, but upon death of the Boss nothing happens. Maps says more than 50 monsters on the map, but map is totally empty after first death at boss. Atlas shows the area cleansed, but no Atlas points given. Plus my breach was also gone from the map after my first death.
