POE 2 Infinite loading screen

this mostly happens on entering any maps sometimes and the worst part is that even if i restart the game, infinite loading still persist up to 3 times of restarting the game wow

Still happening on Xbox. I can’t go anywhere without infinite loading screen.

I am having the same issue. Entering the map portal and getting stuck in loading screen with cogs turning but no transition to the actual content. I can hear things going on in the game, but I am in perma-loadscreen.

I subsequently logged into another character, and (surprise) this character is now stuck in the loading screen of same instance also!! I don't have a third character that has access to endgame. I have tried all the usual hacks like clearing cache, changing region, restarting PS5, reloading game, etc. Nada.

All I can see here are endless posts on the same issue but no definitive answer. I am lvl 92 and a huge amount of time has gone into the game. Help!

Ok I figured out how to fix it on Xbox.
1. Sign into a second profile using a second controller.
2. When selecting characters choose a non bugged profile as player 1.
3. Selected your bugged profile as player two.
4. When you load in it should spawn you at the last saved point of the non bugged profile.
5. Teleport away and return to the character select menu.
6. Restart the game, sign out of 2nd account/second controller.
7. Sign in like normal and should be fixed!
