Dawn of the Hunt - What We’re Working On

Absolutely missing the fact that loot feels TERRIBLE for ALL classes while leveling.

I won't be supporting this company financially for at least 12 months, if I ever do again.

Trying to produce and develop 2 games at a time with ONE 'set' of devs is insanity and CLEARLY not working.

Many people are reporting that gameplay is feeling too slow

REALLY!!? ARE YOU SURE!? NO. IT CAN'T BE. PEOPLE ARE REPORTING THAT THE GAME IS SLOW!?!?!?!?! HOW!? IMPOSSIBLE!!

stop working on this BS altogether and release the devs from poe2 prison to develop 3.26... For the life of whatever, I cannot imagine why people are still playing this absolute mess.
Movement speed skills would solve half the issues with your map designs and layouts.
is all good the game is perfect now let the poe1 team go work on 3.26

I think the most concerning thing is how incredibly tone-deaf you guys are on so many issues. You are beginning to make the same mistakes other companies have made in the past. You have started to believe that you know what people want more than they do. How you can put out a statement that does not even mention the problem with the speed of monsters is mind blowing to me. People keep saying the game is hard and it's not. There is manufactured difficulty because monsters are fast and we are slow as snails, monsters can displace, body block, and cause constant mini-stuns. This isn't hard content it's just nonsense. You put on one of the 5 or so skills that actually does damage and game isn't hard anymore. It really saddens me that PoE 1 will die for this really awful game.

Yeah and also with monster speed being too fast BUT we still need smaller instances specially in the campaign
POE2 lost 96% of the players since launch.... 40% came back and already after 2 days the player base is even more disappointed with the state of the game than before...

The decisions GGG is making have no real logic behind them. For example, minion builds were not overpowered or even over represented in end game before... but they were nerfed into the dirt. It makes no damn sense, especially when they buffed mob health by 2-3x. Not to mention players had to invest every single passive point into building up minions, making any form of hybrid builds impossible. Minions needed to be buffed, not nerfed.

I came back and gave it a fair chance over the weekend, but I'm done until the minion nerfs get reversed.

The Core Issue:
GGG’s response is a band-aid on a bullet wound. They’re fixing symptoms (monster HP, crashes) but ignoring the root cause — a systemic disconnect from their players.

Testing is a farce. How do you miss ascendancies missing at launch or rares mobs minions hp?

Early acts are still a slog. Even with 25% HP cuts, the campaign feels like a punishment, not a journey.

GGG claims to value “hardcore ARPG fans,” but their actions scream “we prioritize hype over loyalty.” PoE2 risks becoming a cautionary tale — a sequel so obsessed with its “vision” that it alienates the players who support the franchise.

This comment sums up so much hard truths
Gamers always complain, and thats all right.
But some of the complain sound bit aggressive. Almost angry.
This game is good. Its free. Its in early access. Devs are reacting very fast compared to other games to your suggestions.
Chill.
