Death Penalty - Replace XP Loss w/ Durability Loss

XP loss should continue. However, players who continue playing without dying should receive an extra XP buff for each time they avoid dying. And this bufff can be stack with playing time without dying. This way, careless players will be punished while careful players will be rewarded. A system that only imposes penalties without offering rewards seems unfair.

I think durability loss would be good if the gold cost remains high for repair costs where the amount is never trivialized. This way the player feels the weight of their decisions, good or bad.
