POE 2 Party Portals inaccessible, Instance issues

This may or may not have been brought to attention. There appears to be an instance bug with the portals, if you join a friend or public party their portals appear to be having one or more of the following issues.
-Portals are there but no name above them and cannot click them -No portals Why I believe it to be an instance issue is that you join their instance and the portals sometimes appear or allow you to click them. The only consistent fix has been to have the party leader exit the portal, join their instance again then the portals appear. The second point that makes me think its an instance issue is that if you join their instance you are occasionally met with a failure message or appear in a random parties instance rather than the party leader. -note the issue does not seem to replicate if your in their hideout or instance when map is started.
