XP loss needs to go (566 hours play time)

[Removed by Support] Trying to defend such a lame mechanic in a game that already makes it hard enough to reach max level (which some of us like to accomplish in a game) under the guise of "necessary restriction" is both a lame argument and a sad attempt at justifying wasting the player bases time. The fact this games player base tanked from nearly 200k players at the beginning of the year to just 8k as of today is proof enough lol. I promise you a good majority of them left for this reason.
Gate keeping max level isn't doing the game any justice. With all the other issues the game has this just adds to the frustration. No one wants to spend hours grinding for the next level only to get bitch slapped backwards and lose all that time and effort. Those of you that said "most builds are done by level 95 so there is no need to even get to 100" might be the dumbest thing I've heard as an argument to this issue. No build is done at level 95. If you still have 5 passives worth of possible bonuses to your survivability or damage how is that not relevant? How would you know what the maximum effort of your build is capable of? Maybe you don't care and that's fine. Some of us do. I thought that was the whole point of these games in the first place. To see just how far you can push a build. As I stated before it's hard enough just to level once you get passed 95. I've ran fully juiced XP maps and barely made a dent in my XP bar. With the absolute shit RNG for crafting T16's it's practically impossible to get passed 97 on T15's alone. I got from 96 to 97 only dying a hand full of times and it took nearly a month playing every day for at least 3 to 4 hours. No one is going to continue grinding like that when they're constantly being punished for it. It needs to be removed.
