I don't care about your automated reply GGG community-facing members. I'm here to join the LONG line of people who have had their accounts locked for no reason and hasn't had a reply in over a week.
I am a paying customer like everyone else. I have sunk 200 dollars and 500 hours into PoE2 EA, and my account is just locked and gone for no reason and your support is doing NOTHING to help me. If I do not get a reply soon, I have no other choice but to dispute every single purchase I've made with your company, as you have stolen what I purchase from me for no reason and refuse to give it back. This is completely unacceptable and your company should be embarrassed of itself. I look at the account lock thread in this very forum and there is a guy that hasn't even been able to log into the game since day 1 of EA. 2 months now, and he hasn't been helped by you or your support. And there are dozens upon dozens upon dozens of these cases, mine included. I have never once been burned to the point of infallible rage by a game developer, but I am absolutely livid now. You have lost all of my respect, and you're about to lose my money and the recommendation I was giving to dozens of friends. You need to step the fuck up and fix these issues now. I don't care how it's done. EDIT: My posts keep getting moved/deleted, and I continue to receive GGG's copy paste "we're sorry, we're trying" message in my DMs. I DO NOT CARE IF YOU'RE TRYING. I CARE IF YOU'RE FIXING. YOU'RE NOT. FIX IT. I AND MANY OTHER PEOPLE ARE LOCKED OUT OF OUR ACCOUNTS WITH NO IDEA WHY, NO WORD ON RESOLUTION, AND MANY OF THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS. I have repeatedly tried to make this thread in the help and information forum, where all the other account issue threads are, but someone keeps moving/deleting the thread. So I will bump it here.
Unlock my account, reply to me, fix your CS, DO SOMETHING. ANYTHING AT ALL. I KNOW I AM BEING A PISSY, ENTITLED CRYBABY THAT'S ANNOYING TO DEAL WITH. I WILL CONTINUE TO BE UNTIL YOU TELL ME WHY MY FUCKING ACCOUNT IS LOCKED RANDOMLY AND WHY YOU JUST STOLE 200 DOLLARS FROM ME. |

That's correct. I was mapping and suddenly logged out, thought my map crashed. Tried to log in and got "account locked" message, telling me to contact support. I also cannot log into my account on the website, hence this new account. I've never received 1 message or email as to why this happened, and the email I've sent to reach out for help has not been answered. (edit: it has been 8 days now, no answer)
