Optiscaler frame generation - allowed?
It would be nice if there was a Staff reply on this so it could be tested in the beta as there should not be any downside, it's not cheating all it should be doing is enabling better graphic options in game for anyone that have purchased a new Radeon card like myself.
If not there it would be nice to hear if or when the option to use FSR 3.1 or 4.0 would be added to the game. Zuletzt bearbeitet von MuppetRogue#3586 um 03.04.2025, 23:30:15

" Seriously? My setup is identical to yours and I get stable 50 FPS on high (using vulkan). With medium and I get most of time locked at my VSync max speed. |

" You change the display of the game. You could replace the graphic data of the game by making visually more noticeable monsters much further - so you can kill them in advance without seeing. etc. Visual replacement can easily be a cheat |

I'd love to get info on that aswell.
I'm running amd 5 5600 + rx 6700xt. Endgame maps with high density, even just a simple Abyss makes my PC go brr, and my fps from stable 120+ish goes down to 30/20. I tried to optimize it myself in many different ways. With no success. Adding atleast FSR3 FG would help us a lot (players, that want to play POE2). While you can work on optimizing the game. |

" A problem poe has always had is they list the system requirements as if only taking the campaign/early maps @1080 into account so ppl think they shouldn't have a problem running any of the game. Like the recommended specs not even the minimum are a 2060/5600XT and 10500/3700x. There's zero chance those will run the game well even at 1080 low in high maps. |
