I disagree compeltely i think this would ruin the game.
But maybe someone could mention an example for a loot-focused ARPG with a trading-house that actually made the game better? To me its rather simple - the main drive in this game is gearing up - if i can just do that with 2 clicks and probably never find better items even if i dont buy perfect ones - whats the reason to keep playing? I also dont get how ppl think manipulating the market now is easy and easier than with an AH. You can manipulate individual people better - yes - but not the complete market since its just too much work when you have to do each trade and i doubt there are many bots advanced enough to even do this in a smooth way. " POE1 originally had an AH when it was released on PS4. It was far simpler to purchase and sell items than it currently is, and market manipulation was extremely difficult due to the way the search results were displayed (in stash tab style pages based on age of posting). Your argument of "gearing up" is ridiculous quite frankly. You can easily choose NOT to purchase items, there is even a SSF mode to remove the temptation entirely. This is a non-sequitor. Your other argument of market manipulation is even more ridiculous. You obviously have no idea how much easier it is to write a bot program that crawls a website than it is to write one that works with an embedded trade system like WoW or many other games have. + 1. I would like to see an auction house where there is a gold premium for purchases which scales based on affix tiers, or something of the sort. Having to use a site outside of the game, and then tediously message other players, hoping that they will reply, and then having to travel to their hideout is mind boggling stupid and archaic. We need to relentlessly demand this from GGG until it happens, as it's clear that they are putting it off for as long as they can get away with it. I love GGG, but there must be people in management positions who are out of touch and stubborn, because if they knew what was best for their game and their playerbase, they would have implemented a change a long time ago.
