Hand of Chayula

My stats are lower, around 204 Dex, I've also observed occasional odd behavior from Hand of Chayula; non-application of curses and marks, no dash, the repeating the skill multiple times without dashing or making a hit.

This is still a thing. I just had a situation where I had to use hand of chayula 3 times on the same enemy to apply my mark. It happens more often when used from range but also when at the range the first cast brings you too. I assume the palm attack range is somehow just barely enough to reach enemies, from the distance you dash to, under normal circumstances. Under certain conditions you may however land a smidge too far away to hit. This can be due to terrain or other mobs from my experience. increasing the hit range of the palm attack slightly and not ending the dash at max range should be an easy fix to this, if this is in fact what causes the issue.

Hand of Chayula is still broken. It's not applying Sniper's Mark. Maybe once in 5 tries. I'm lvl 70 with only 171 dex. The attack time of HoC is .33s.
