This bug is more likely to be on the Microsoft side with their latest windows 11 24h2 update which had something to do with "effective power management" (cause people who rolled back to 23h2 and people who use windows 10 don`t get their PCs freeze on loading screens).

STOP spreading this BS. people with 11 23h1 have this issue as well. its a GAME ISSUE , not a WINDOWS ISSUE. people on windows 10 ALSO have this issue, just not as much
