Fireflower+cast on minion death energy bug

Using fireflower to insta kill raging spirits to trigger cast on minion death works on normal mobs in maps but the energy generation tanks completely when doing it against mobs spawned in mechanics such as trials, breach, ritual etc.

Ive been trying to come up with an alternative way to insta kill SRS for days because of this bug. It seems to me that it's possible the ignite from infernal legion cant be applied to any mob that is spawned after the instance is created or reloaded; breach, expedition, delirium, strong boxes, mobs that create other mobs, events in both trials that spawn mobs such as chalice. Alternatively the fireflower amulet interaction doesn't register an ignite has been applied those same mobs therefore not killing the SRS. I have tested this on expedition where I spawn the mobs, leave the map and come back in and the interaction works perfectly which isn't a viable strategy for any other content so any league content and trials are essential bricked for builds that use this as an integral mechanic.
Just adding to the thread that I have noticed the exact same issues. I was trying to figure out for the longest time why I kept dying on breaches specifically. Then I realized that all events are just having a difficult time generating energy with these spawned in mobs for the trigger skills.
I am also having this issue, would love if we could get some kind of issue, it really sucks was really digging this build but not being able to do events really isn't fun.
Glad I'm not the only one having this issue glad it's just a bug. Hopefully they can fix this for us.
Im chiming in to say i have this issue too. I hope they fix this soon. This is by far the most fun build ive ever played in an arpg.
