I understand that yall annoyed about exploits and shit, but srsly having bad attitude towards the devs who were on vacation during these FAMILY holidays is not helping at all.

Don´t pay attention to the trolls. That is exactly why Early Access is there for - to find bugs and fix them.

With that being said, I´d suggest to reset EA early February.

Reset for what? New content update? In PoE1 every league same things happened bugs, exploits, something not working properly. After few patches it's totally playable. PoE2 EA launches much better than was expected, good optimization, almost no crashes, balance can be improved later, not a big deal, 2-3 big patches and game will be fine.

Until next big content update with new classes and skills and mechanics no reason to start something again.

At this point I just want to play without constant crashing. Game is optimised terribly especially on some higher spec pcs.

Yes, please add loot filter for consoles asap.
Without it, playing end game on consoles is very challenging
