Mana siphon aera effect is bad design

Mana siphoner is a modifier that can appear on ANY rare mob, along with up to 5 other modifiers. There is no "those mobs", it can be any Mob.

one thing i think people are failing to mention or notice is these mobs also almost universally RUN straight at you at decent speed and the moment youre in the aura its almost impossible to get out. my spark sorc MELTS T15 & 16 maps and these guys annihilate me. really the problem is the siphon rate. there's no reason the aura should drink 5k mana almost instantly and outpace the massive mana regen i have
