1 in 15 sanctum runs this happens, 95% times after 3rd floor and once after 2nd floor

GGG can make 50 changes to the game in 2 weeks but somehow can't fix this game breaking bug in over a month. Amazing.

Just had the same problem trying to enter the Test of Time portal on the third floor after a near perfect run, my day is ruined and my disappointment is immeasurable.
