Unending ritual

Had this happen to me as well.I was on the second ritual of four and after clearing what seemed to be every enemy the ritual remained active. There was a active tornado so I used that to kill myself to see if that would shut the ritual down. After re-spawning at the checkpoint I ran back to the location and got sucked in to the ritual that was still active even after dying.

Same bug where ritual seems to think there are still enemies remaining. I had a totem and it wouldn't auto-target anything no matter where I placed it.
