Trial of Sekhemas door not opening

Finished the trial, door wouldn’t open, didn’t get my ascendency points.
Worse still, all my Djinns in my stash now state “you will not get ascendancy points for completing this trial” whereas previously they said I would. Something has told the game I have competed ascendancy 5/6, but I don’t have the points. |

Me too... am in the 3rd trial map shortly before the end on the way to the 4th ascention... and now I have to do it all over again... thanks a lot ggg:(

I have the exact same problem. Just at the end of trial to the 3rd ascendence i defeated the ritual casters to close the portals but the door remained closed :(
