Thank you for not nerfing the "top" monk builds that required 1000 exalted gear to be OP but noone cared and cried for nerfs anyway

Dont need to be proofed. Just come to Fubguns stream and check his old video's when he easily killing enemies with this rod and ball lightning bug in weak gear on third day of league. and he continue killing hard bosses with hard mechanics for 3-5 seconds
